What it covers

Nine modules, one register of truth

Each module writes to the same company record, so a director change, a share transfer and a bank KYC file all draw on the same particulars — and every change is attributable.

Company register

BRN, entity type, incorporation date, registered office, activity, capital, financial year end and lifecycle status in one authoritative record.

Directors & officers

Appointments, resignations, contact details and bank-signatory status, with the paper trail each change requires.

Share register & transfers

Members, holdings, classes and consideration. Transfers generate the board resolution alongside the register entry.

Minutes & resolutions

Board and shareholder meetings, written resolutions, bank mandates and officer changes, generated print-ready for review.

Bank KYC preparation

Structured working capture for bank customer-due-diligence forms: entity profile, beneficial ownership, PEP screening, risk rating and document checklists with expiry tracking.

Service case register

Incorporations, annual returns, officer and office changes, constitution work, charges, dissolutions and restorations, tracked to completion.

Permanent form archive

Every PDF version kept with its SHA-256 checksum. Duplicate a working copy without ever overwriting the signed original.

Document correspondence

Send multiple PDFs to a client or a bank in English or French, and keep every attempt, recipient, checksum and resend.

Repeating KYC reviews

A reusable company profile on a three- or six-month cycle, with no-change confirmation and the next review scheduled automatically.

Bank KYC

Periodic bank reviews that come round every quarter, handled once

Build a reusable company KYC profile, then let the review cycle do the repetitive work. Efodia prepares fresh working versions of the bank's own forms, never reusing a signed document as the next form.

  • Reusable company profileEntity, business profile, mandate, beneficial ownership, PEP screening and risk rating captured once.
  • Three- or six-month cyclesLast-confirmed and next-review dates, with the next case scheduled automatically on confirmation.
  • Signed originals kept separateThe executed PDF is filed against the version it signs, with its own checksum — and never recycled into the next review.
  • Correspondence in English or FrenchClient-ready covering instructions, editable in the app, with every send attempt and resend recorded.

Built for records you may have to defend

Corporate registers and KYC files attract scrutiny. Efodia is designed so that what you show an auditor, a bank or a regulator is the same thing the system actually did.

Tenant isolation

Every operational query is scoped to one subscriber firm. Cross-tenant access is structurally prevented, and support access to a workspace is explicit and logged.

Document integrity

PDFs live outside the web root, are served only through an authenticated controller, and fail closed if a checksum no longer matches.

Append-only history

Logins, record changes, downloads, sends and integrity failures are written to an activity trail that the application never rewrites.

What Efodia does not claim. It is a preparation and record-keeping workspace, not a Registrar or bank filing portal. Generated minutes and resolutions are drafts for professional review; a KYC summary does not replace a bank's current official form, certification rules or due-diligence decision; and a recorded email status of “accepted” means the mail server accepted the message, not that a recipient received or opened it. We would rather state that plainly than imply otherwise.

See it against your own files

The fastest way to judge Efodia is to walk one real company through it — register, resolution, KYC file and signed form archive. We will set up a workspace for the conversation.
